The Sparkle Report: Fairy Frizzies and Quiet Wins

A fresh bundle of Sparkle Mail just whooshed down the chute, packed with ideas for your whole team.

Issue Month: October 2026

✨ Welcome to the Sparkle Report

Hello, Guardians of Grins!

However you found your way here, whether it was a flyer kit, a welcome email, or a colleague who passed it along, we are so glad you're here. Pull up a pillow (or a rolling stool).

So, who are we?

We're the Tooth Fairy Agency: a crew of fairies working out of Tonsil Town (which is not on Earth, and we'll leave it there). We write personalized letters to kids, whom we call Tooth Troopers, and we tuck real dental wisdom inside storytelling, silliness, and a great deal of encouragement.

What's a Hometown Office?

A Hometown Office is a dental practice that partners with us. The program helps local families find local dentists, and it helps your practice carry its own brushing and flossing messages home, so your good advice has a fairy cheering it on long after the appointment ends. Your practice also joins the line-up for a spotlight in Nightly Dispatch, our monthly newsletter for families, so local families can get to know you before they walk in.

What do we believe?

🦷 Your advice is the real magic. We just help it keep sparkling between visits.

🦷 Daily routines are easier with a little wonder in them. Brushing, flossing, braces, retainers, mouthguards, CPAP masks: every one of them can become a small magical moment.

🦷 Something is always better than nothing. A quick brush counts. A swish of mouthwash counts. A night when the second brush never happened is still a night worth cheering.

🦷 Every family's version of sparkle is welcome here. A quarter, a Lego piece, a carefully folded note: the fairies amplify whatever a family already has.

What can you expect from the Sparkle Report?

Once a month, we'll send a little bundle of fairy news: one ready-to-use idea from Flora's Twinkle Times column for supporting patients between visits, resources families will love, an easy way from Fauna to celebrate your own team, this season's flyers (plus a heads-up whenever a new quarterly kit is on its way), and a peek inside Fairy HQ. Take what sparkles today and save the rest for later.

Here is a tiny habit your patients can borrow this month: a quick look at the toothbrush. I commute by floss pick, so I have strong feelings about bristles that point in every direction. When a brush starts splaying out (we call those fairy frizzies at Fairy HQ), it has earned its retirement, and a fresh one is an easy swap.

The ADA suggests swapping a brush every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles look frayed. A little glance at the bristles is an easy way to keep everyday brushing feeling fresh.

Try it at the office:

1️⃣ Front desk: "Take a peek at your bristles this week. If they are pointing every which way, a fresh brush is ready whenever you are."

2️⃣ Hygiene team: Hold a well-loved brush beside a new one so families can see what frizzy looks like. Show it with a smile and a cheer.

3️⃣ Dentist: "Thank you for all the brushing you do between visits. That effort is the real magic."

A line your team can borrow:

A frizzy brush just means it has done a lot of good work. Whenever you're ready, a fresh one is waiting.

Something is better than nothing: A quick brush, a swish of mouthwash, or a night when the second brush never happened still counts, and every bit beats skipping care entirely.

Until next time, may your bristles stay straight and your wings stay sparkly.

📦 Kit Watch: Your Flyers

A fresh bundle of Sparkle Mail just whooshed down the chute, packed with ideas for your whole team.

Whoosh! Here are this season's flyers. A warm welcome to any new Hometown Offices who have joined us since the last issue, and a quick way for everyone to check whether they already have them.

Compare the previews with what's hanging in your office. If they look familiar, you're all set. If either one is new to you, the download links are in your email.

🧚 What to do with them:

1️⃣ Hang the waiting room flyer where families wait.

2️⃣ Place the patient care rooms flyer where your team's brushing and flossing chats happen.

3️⃣ Tell any nervous Tooth Troopers or friendly grownups about the Agency, and point them to the flyers for more information.

Questions, or want to tell us it arrived? Send sparkle mail to [email protected]

🎉 Team Sparkle

Correspondent: Fauna, Events Manager

I keep track of lost teeth and birthdays, so noticing the small stuff is kind of my whole job. Here is a small thing worth noticing at your office: the quiet work. It is the supply room that got restocked before anyone saw it running low, or the chair that was ready before the next patient arrived. Nobody asked, and it still made the day run smoother.

🧚 How to try it:

1️⃣ Pick a moment your team already shares, like the morning huddle or the end-of-day wrap-up.

2️⃣ Invite everyone to name one quiet thing a teammate did this week without being asked, then give it a round of applause.

A line to borrow:

Thank you for restocking before anyone had to ask. You made today smoother for all of us.

Tried it? We would love to hear how it went. Send sparkle mail to {{location.email}}.

Hop on, quiet heroes. Your work is noticed, and so are you.

🏰 Fairy Field Notes

The pond beside the Fairy Highway froze early this year, and the morning commute turned into a surprise skating rink. Nobody was in trouble; a few fairies were simply spinning in directions they had not planned. Falling with sparkle still counts as a landing.

The Highway is moving again, and every wing is tuned for whatever the weather brings.

💖 Come Sparkle With Us

Our social pages are where the fairies share tips, tiny triumphs, and little bits of sparkle for families. If you enjoy them, we would love a like and a follow. And when a post feels like something your patient families would enjoy, a share is an easy way to carry your brushing and flossing messages beyond the appointment. Your colleagues and your office's own page are welcome to the sparkle too.

Before we flutter off...

Thank you for being part of the story your patients are writing, one visit and one tiny triumph at a time. Little smiles grow up so fast, and the care your team gives them now is part of the story. We are cheering for every one of you.

✨ A Note from the Fairies

We care about getting things right, so if we EVER make a factual error, please feel free to reach out and correct us at {{location.email}}. We would so much rather be corrected than be wrong, and we will happily fix it and sprinkle a little extra glitter your way.
